This is a printed suppressor capable of supersonic rifle calibers. There are several improvements compared to prior models. The biggest change is a slanted K baffle. Extensive testing with PLA+. This would be even stronger filled nylons. Please see assembly PDF for more details. They are found in the STL file folders.Rated for 556, 300 BO, 308 win, 9mm, and 458 SOCOM.There is a Standard model (556, 300, 762x39, 9mm, limited 308 if PLA), a 45 cal model (45 ACP, 458 SOCOM), a 308 model, a K can, and a carbon fiber tube model.There is also a pistol version for 45 and 9mm, that can cycle without a booster. This is accomplished with being featherweight, and having increased backpressure from the slanted K baffles. These also work well for 22.The core idea behind all of the FTN series is that a horizontally printed suppressor is strong axially, and weak hoop strength. However hoop strength is very easy to reinforce.Heat is handled by the K baffles, as there is a lot of support at the bore. When the PLA softens from heat, there is bidirectional support so the blast does not cause deformation.
