Tired of tuning your sears? Ever Overtighten or under glue? what if you want something more discrete? Big Boog introduces our "Experimental" low-profile fixed Glock Auto Sear to DefCad members for free, the idea is with more simplicity comes more reliability and less time to print. This new design has reduced print time from 40 mins-1 hour for traditional designs down to 20 minutes on my Ender 3 pro.

RECOMMENDED: Printing in the vertical orientation,100% infill, .16 layer height
OPTIONAL: slow print speed when about 50% through the disconnector for a cleaner result (functionally identical just makes excess cleaner)
FITTING: remove supports from print, install backplate to *safe* slide, with one hand apply a constant force to ensure the slide is in battery and dryfire (repeat the last step a few times if necessary to break in the disconnector.)
we have recently tweaked the design slightly to ensure a tighter fit. thank you to our supporters.
