Description: This handbook, titled "Waffentechnisches Taschenbuch," follows the tradition of the "Taschenbuch fur den Artilleristen,” first published in 1936. It was first published in 1972 and has since gone through five reprints. In response to requests from international partners, an English edition titled "Handbook on Weaponry" was published. The English edition is a translation of the fifth German edition from 1980, with revisions made compared to the first edition. The translation aims to use commonly used English technical terms. Updates in military engineering will be considered in future revised editions. The hope is that the English edition will garner the same interest as the German editions.
